• Are My Tickets Refundable?

  No all sales are final.

• What if my event is rescheduled, can I get a refund?

  If an event has been rescheduled, no refund. You can only get a refund if the event has been cancelled entirely

• What if my event is cancelled?

  If an event is cancelled, you can obtain a refund. If the event is rescheduled, there will be no refund. For refund, tickets must be returned within 7 days of the event being cancelled. Please contact us if your event is cancelled entirely

• Can the tickets be sent to a PO box?

  No. Tickets will be fedexed to the billing address for the credit card, there must be an adult 18 years or over to sign for the tickets.

• What if my billing address is a PO box?

  If your billing address is a PO box, you will need to fax us a credit card authorization. You will need to authorize us to send the tickets to a resdential address where there is an adult (18yrs) to sign for it.

• Why do I have to send a fax? I always order things online and never have too

  For the Customer’s protection against credit card fraud, a fax authorization may be required for security purposes, to ensure the customer’s credit card, identification, signature, and billing address are correct. This is something that protects the customer and the company.
